We all hear stories of people going through hell and blaming the modern lifestyle. Mostly this is pinned on computers. Most jobs today are little more than staring at a computer screen whole day long for hours and all the while sitting on your butt. The consequences are muscle fatigue, knots and unrelenting pain.

But the modern world has solutions too. Thanks to the internet for that. The medical profession has failed miserably in saving us from this with all it's pain killers. Not to blame the field but doctors today are hardly interested in solving your pain but that's for another post.

It gives you a hormonal boost, increases testosterone, builds muscle strength, bone strength and so much more. And no you don't need to spend 2 hours in the gym, just up to 45 mins, try it for a month and you will beg for it to be extended to 2 hours. 

And ladies, don't be fooled by the "it's not for women" or that you'll develop masculine bodies because of it (only if it was easy!). Of course your training program will differ but weight lifting is most definitely for everybody.
